To design, implement and advocate policies that create and promote investment, competitiveness and growth of the ICT sector

To promote project and product development that foster ICT sector involvement and empowerment
To provide strategic support to grow the ICT sector

To Empower Rwandan ICT Professionals to drive Rwanda’s transformation into a knowledge-based economy.

Target Audience

  ICT Professionals: All Rwandan that are engaged in Information Communication and Technology occupation in Public and Private Sector.
  Fresh Graduates: All Rwandan Fresh Graduates that aspire employment in Information Communication and Technology occupation
  ICT Students: All Rwandan students in High Institution of Learning that pursue an Information Communication and Technology career.
  Employers: Rwandan Institutions that employ ICT Professions, obliged to build their capacity and expect optimum productivity.

Oversees and regulates job placements of public servants. These are our partner in recruitment and placement of ICT Professionals in public institutions.
